Quit Procrastinating – Repair Work

I tend to procrastinate by nature. Even though I try to avoid it, I often find myself waiting until later to get things done. For example, if I see weeds growing, I tell myself that I’ll pull them later. If there’s a plastic seal that needs to be repaired on the washing machine, I again say that I’ll get to it later.

But I rarely do.

I often wait… sometimes for over a year.

I’ve learned that I need to allocate specific time to address all those repair projects I’ve been putting off. I thought you might benefit from this approach as well!

**Tackle Your Repair Work**

Since we walked around the outside of the house earlier this week to identify needed repairs, I propose we spend a day actually completing those tasks. I hope you took good notes!

– If not, take another walk around your house, inside and out, and make a list of what needs to be tackled.

– Gather the necessary supplies.

– Then, get to work on those repairs!

**Today is not the day to procrastinate!**

Your assignments for today:

– Continue working on Habit #5.

– Focus on your repair work!

– Schedule this task on your Rainbow calendar and keep making progress.
